About Us

Hello, welcome to Surfs Up Backyard Swimming Program! My name is Ella Stephens, and I am a LifeSavingSociety certified swimming instructor/lifeguard also certified in first aid and CPR.  

I believe every child should be given the opportunity to learn how to swim. This is a lifelong valuable skill that will serve children well. My goal is to create fun and safe learning environments where every child feels comfortable and can progress at their own pace.
